With a background in psychology, I bring a deep understanding of how people think, cope, and thrive through life’s transitions. My experience in emergency preparedness taught me to anticipate needs before they become crises, and my work as a long-term care ombudsman put me directly in the room advocating for older adults’ rights and dignity.
